Psychological support

Students are eligible for up to five free consultations with a psychologist if they need support. These sessions are designed to assist students who may be facing personal, emotional, or academic challenges. If you believe that you could benefit from psychological support, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

Being confident means believing in yourself and your abilities in various situations. While you may generally trust yourself, everyone can encounter challenges that can interfere with studying and everyday life. It’s essential to recognise these challenges early and address them directly to prevent them from escalating into more significant problems or even health issues. The role of a psychologist is to provide you with the tools you need to confront and overcome these challenges. Together, you will work through any difficulties you may be facing and focus on enhancing your emotional well-being.
