Thinking about studying abroad but your English isn’t quite there yet?

The Preparatory English Language Course (B2) at the Lithuanian Sports University (LSU) is designed for learners with at least B1-level English who want to improve their language skills and progress towards B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

The course is suitable both for future LSU students and for those who want to strengthen their English for studies, work or international communication. Participants develop the key language skills needed to communicate confidently in academic and everyday situations, with particular attention to vocabulary related to studies, health, sport sciences, technology and intercultural communication.

A sufficient level of English is essential for studying in English-taught higher education programmes. Reaching B2 level will help you follow lectures, understand academic materials, participate in discussions, prepare written assignments and communicate confidently in an international academic environment.

Special benefit for future LSU students:

Participants who successfully complete the course, achieve B2 level and are admitted to LSU through the University’s admission procedure will receive a tuition fee waiver of 500 EUR deducted from their first-year tuition fee.
