Conference language: English
Research scholars and students are invited to present their original work in any of the Conference topics. The list of the conference topics is not exhaustive and, therefore, authors should not feel limited by them. An author may submit only one abstract as the first author.
All abstracts should be submitted until March 13, 2016. Authors can submit their original work in the form of an ABSTRACT.
After undergoing the reviewing process, all authors will be notified about the condition of their submission (accepted or rejected) by March 15, 2016. Presenters must be registered and have paid registration fees for the conference by April 10, 2016 at the latest to secure their oral or poster presentation during the conference and the publication in the Book of Abstracts (online version).

Most valuable articles (in English), prepared according to the requirements will be published in the Baltic Journal of Sport and Health Sciences.

Oral presentation
Duration of the presentation:
- Keynote speakers – 30 min.
- Other oral presentation time will be 10 minutes with 5 minutes for Questions and Answers.
The presenters are expected to report to the chair(s) of section 10 minutes before the beginning of the session. Presentations in Power Point format have to be uploaded before the beginning of the oral session.
Oral presentations are delivered in English.
Poster presentation
Duration of the presentation – 3 min.
The format requires pre-upload of an e-poster in pdf format (one slide only) in landscape (horizontal). The e-poster must be pre-uploaded in advance of the conference (deadline April 22, 2016). For more information on e-poster upload please click here.

Young scientist’s award
Doctoral and Master students who wish to compete for the Young Investigator Award have to submit the abstract for the oral presentation as the first author and to present it by themselves. Poster presentations cannot be nominated for the award.
