A Member of European Parliament, basketball patron, businessman A. Guoga will teach LSU students the subtleties of business management

  A Member of European Parliament, basketball patron, businessman A. Guoga has visited Lithuanian Sports University. During the meeting with LSU community, the guest shared his experience on how to create and develop a successful business.

  “In order to do business, first of all it is important to believe in yourself, have an idea and do what you know best. To develop a successful business, it is necessary to find the right niche, plan and be able to assess the risks. In addition, it is vital to take interest in what you do and strive for knowledge. In this way, not only you will improve, but your business as well. The essence of any innovation is simplicity”, said A. Guoga. He illustrated his words by presenting the stories of young Lithuanians, who have created and developed a very successful business.

  During the meeting, students were mainly interested in how to gain practical knowledge in management.

  From now on, A. Guoga will deliver lectures to LSU students and everyone who is interested in business management as a visiting lecturer once or twice a month.

  Moreover, A. Guoga set up two scholarships for LSU students of the Faculty of Sport Education and the Faculty of Sport Biomedicine. The students with the best projects will be given the opportunity to practice or even be employed in a recreation and entertainment park “Tony Resort”.
