REQUIREMENTS FOR ABSTRACTS
Abstracts must be submitted in Lithuanian or English and must clearly include:
– an introduction,
– the purpose of the work,
– research methods and organization,
– results and discussion,
– conclusions,
– references.
In addition to these required sections, the source of research funding and keywords used in the study may be included.
For abstracts to be accepted for review and presentation at the conference, the following guidelines must be followed:
Abstract length: up to one A4-sized page. The text must be typed in Microsoft Word, single-spaced, using 10-point Times New Roman font. Title—written in uppercase letters, in bold, with the author’s (authors’) first and last names written in bold below it, and below the last name, in italics, the name of the academic institution(s) represented by the author(s). The title of the abstract, the author(s), and the name(s) of the academic institution(s) are left-aligned, while the text is justified. All margins (top, bottom, left, and right) are 2 cm (e-abstract template).
Abstracts prepared using Microsoft Word must be uploaded in .docx or .doc format via the Speaker Registration Form.
The deadline for abstract submission is November 16, 2026 (inclusive).
Abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings, which have the international standard serial number eISSN 2538-7952, and will be made available in the LSU digital repository. Abstracts that do not comply with the requirements will not be accepted or published.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES
Articles written in Lithuanian or English that meet the requirements may be published in the LSU digital repository in the collection of scientific articles “Sportinį darbingumą lemiantys veiksniai” (Eng. Factors Determining Athletic Performance) (eISSN 2538-7944) or in the LSU journal “Leisure Studies” (submission guidelines). Articles submitted to the collection of scientific articles should be sent to the email address of the contact person listed below. Articles written in English may also be published in the LSU journals “Baltic Journal of Sport and Health Sciences” (submission guidelines) or “Rehabilitation Sciences: Nursing, Kinesiotherapy, Occupational Therapy” which is indexed in the Scopus database (submission guidelines). Articles prepared and submitted without adhering to the requirements will not be published.
The deadline for scientific article submission is December 10, 2027 (inclusive).
Time limits:
Presentations – 10 min.
Discussions – 5 min.
