PROJECT DESCRIPTION  Sport-IE is a European collaboration to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship (I+E) in sport science higher education. Through training, mentoring, and cross-sector exchange, the project empowers students and institutions to develop health-promoting innovations, tackle physical inactivity, and engage with high-growth markets in sport, health, and technology. A European platform will support the exchange of I+E courses, share best practices, and foster collaboration between academia, industry, and the public sector. These efforts will enhance student skills, promote impactful innovation, and embed I+E within institutional strategies—ensuring sustainable outcomes beyond the project’s duration.
