REGULATION FOR THE SECOND CYCLE (MASTER’S) FINAL THESIS PREPARATION AND DEFENCE

Annexes for the Second cycle

All academic debt should be cleared by May 19, 2026. Only Students who do not have any financial debts to the University (dormitory, library, studies division, financial department) or academic failures will be allowed to defend their Final thesis.

MASTER DEGREE FINAL THESIS PROCEDURE

There are two phases for the defense procedure of the Master final work:

1. The attestation of the final thesis;
2. The defense of the final thesis.

ATTESTATION OF THE II CYCLE (MASTER’S DEGREE) FINAL WORK

1. II cycle students must submit their final thesis in PDF format in e-learning system for attestation according study program. In case of uncertainties, welcome to contact Information Technologies Department (phone: +370 37 302648).

DEFENSE OF THE II CYCLE (MASTER’S DEGREE) FINAL WORK
1. Final work after attestation must also be submitted to the e-learning system with the student’s name and surname and without the supervisor’s name and surname in a PDF file. Final works must be submitted by:

IMPORTANT: Final work must be presented on time. Student who will not present the final work on time will not be allowed to participate in the defense.

The graduation ceremony will be held on June 23th, 2026.
